Terms of Service

1. Services

Neczux Global Group Ltd. provides integrated business development and technology services. All service engagements are governed by a written proposal or agreement confirmed by both parties before work begins.

2. Payment

Payment terms are specified per engagement. A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project commencement. Final payment is due upon delivery. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Neczux retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Revisions

Project scope and revision rounds are defined in the engagement proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

5. Limitation of Liability

Neczux Global Group Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts in Accra, Ghana.
